Visitor Code of Conduct

Respect for others - Please be considerate of other visitors at all times.

Children - Children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout their visit.

Photography - Photography is welcome within the garden railway for personal use, but no photography or filming outside the garden railway area to protect visitors' privacy and safety.

Dogs - Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead and under control at all times.

Accessibility - Paths are uneven and visitors should take care or contact us in advance should you have any queries regarding accessibility requirements.

Health & Safety - Visitors enter at their own risk and should remain on designated paths and follow instructions from staff.

Model Trains - Please do not touch the trains, track, or other exhibits

Weather - As we are an outdoor attraction, opening may be affected by adverse weather.

Smoking & Vaping - Smoking and Vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Litter - Please use the bins provided or take litter home.

Emergencies - If assistance is needed, speak to a member of staff immediately.
